After a three years break due to the Covid pandemic, the BILORA team went on their annually hiking tour again. The get together took place at the manufacturing site 1, where the team was served freshly baked cakes and coffee. The hike through the beautiful region of Oberbergisches Land took the team to the cosy country inn Honsberg. All non-hikers joined the team for dinner, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy time together.

The BILORA team is looking forward to the next tour.

On September 17^th, 2021, we have successfully passed the certification audit for DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.

In March, BILORA was awarded the environmental DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 certificate.

We have been using Babtec since 1999 to schedule and handle our quality checcks. Edition R6.15.3.1 is currently used. In the course of continuous improvement, downstream processes are now also planned and monitored via Babtec.

We are currently using Babtec CAQ for quality checks in incoming and outgoing goods as well as for continuous production testing. For this purpose, quality check planning is carried out and subsequent statistical evaluations are called up.

Test equipment management, complaint processing with integrated action management and internal audits are also implemented with Babtec CAQ. Supplier evaluation is carried out using a fully integrated supplier cockpit.
